Education, not professional advice
Everything here is general education about using AI tools. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, mental-health or career advice for your situation. For decisions that matter, check with a qualified professional.
Habits, focus, self-regulation (and ADHD too!)
These playbooks share everyday tools for habits and organization. They are not medical or mental-health treatment, they don't diagnose anything, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Using this site, emailing us or messaging us does not create a therapist-client or any other professional relationship. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (in the US) or your local emergency number.
AI can be wrong
AI tools can make mistakes and sound sure about them. Check anything important, like facts, numbers, links, job details, money or health information, against a reliable source before you act on it.
No guarantees
We share what has worked for us and what we've tested, but we don't promise any result, such as a job, an interview, income or a specific outcome. Your results depend on you and many things we don't control.
Downloads, prompts and skills
Our prompts, playbooks and skills are free to use for yourself and are provided "as is."
- Read a download before you use it. Our skills are plain text, and we show their full text on the page.
- Never paste passwords, account numbers or ID numbers into a prompt, skill or AI chat.
- Only download our files from this site. If you got a copy anywhere else, check it before using it.
- You may adapt them for your own use. Please don't sell them or republish them as your own.
Outside tools and sites
Our playbooks mention and link to outside tools (like Claude, ChatGPT, HiringCafe and Netlify). We don't control them, their prices, features or terms, and we aren't responsible for them. Menus and features change; follow the tool's current instructions. We also link to skill libraries made by others, such as Anthropic's and OpenAI's on GitHub. We didn't write or check those skills. Read and check any skill before you add it.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Symbol & Spark LLC isn't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, its downloads or the tools it mentions.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use danafoxai. If anything on this site is hard to use with your device or assistive technology, email hello@symbolandspark.com and we will fix it or get you the content another way.
